The witches glanced at each other after hearing what I said.
Even after I tapped into the witch power to help them break Gale’s spell, they remained silent, mulling over my words, unsure if they could trust me.
Witches had always had it rough. They had to keep their heads down for years, hiding who they were just to get by. It was not fair, but they’d learned to roll with it.
They were keenly aware that reconciling the conflict between witches and werewolves was incredibly challenging.
